Alumni

        The FFA Alumni is designed to formally utilize the cooperation of the community to support agricultural education and the FFA. An FFA Alumni affiliate or group is a tool for the local FFA chapter in providing resources, whether that is monetary, human or other resources as needed.

Alumni Mission: To provide a structure to mobilize and empower community volunteers to support and assist agricultural education programs in providing quality educational experiences.

Purposes:

• To support and promote the FFA organization, FFA activities and agricultural education on the local, state and national levels.
• To provide a vital support link to the FFA that will assist FFA and agricultural education personnel to involve FFA supporters in worthy activities.
• To promote greater knowledge of the agricultural industry and support education in agriculture.
• To promote and maintain an appreciation of the free enterprise system.
• To promote the personal development aspects of the FFA program.
• To promote premiere leadership, personal growth and career success among all FFA members.

Membership: Membership is open to anyone who supports FFA, including former active members, collegiate and honorary members, present and former professional agricultural educators, parents of FFA members, and others interested in and supportive of FFA. As a member you will take an active part in building your community at the local, state, and national level.
